The blow bar is made of high chromium alloy and the latest manufacturing technology. The unique structural design, finished products are cubic, free of tension and crack, and the grain shape is fairly good. It is a reliable high wear resistant casting. When the blow bar is worn to a certain extent, it should be adjusted or replaced in time to avoid the damage of fasteners and other parts.

Adjustment of blow bar: use the hydraulic flip device to open the back cover. Turn the rotor by hand, push the blow bar  which needs adjusted or replaced blow bar to the repair service site, and then fix the rotor. To remove the blow bar locating parts shall be pushed out from the service door in the axial direction or suspended from the middle frame. Need the hand hammer lightly beat when removing.
